LifeSwap was founded on a simple idea: a beautiful home should be able to host a paying guest, swap with another traveller, or bank value as credits — and the host should never have to choose just one. We built the marketplace we wished existed when we started travelling for months at a time.
The mission
Make travel more human and more affordable by letting homes earn in whichever currency the host prefers — cash, swap, or credits. We believe travel should reward generosity, not just budget.
The team
A small, fully remote team across four continents. Engineers, designers, trust & safety operators, growth partners. We hire from anywhere and meet in person three times a year for retreats.

A small service fee on each direct booking (12% guest + 3% host) and credit redemption. Swaps are free between members. ChainSwaps cost a flat $19 group fee. No subscription, no ads, no data resale.
How we don’t make money
We never sell your data. We never run advertising on listings. We don’t take a cut from hosts who exclusively swap or accept credits. The marketplace should serve members, not extract from them.
